I automate the work your team still does by hand, every week.
Routes planned from a spreadsheet. Contracts typed into Word. Bookings handled over chat. Project kickoffs set up task by task. I build the system that does it instead — so your people get their hours back.
One person, start to finish. Fixed price agreed before anything is built. Documentation your team can run without me.
Free, no commitment. After the call you know what's worth automating — and whether it pays off. Prefer to write? iveticpf@gmail.com

Yours isn't on the list? If your team does it by hand and it repeats, it can almost certainly be automated. Tell me about it on the call.
Three kinds of systems. All built around how you already work.
Workflow automation
The coordination nobody enjoys — creating tasks, chasing approvals, sending the same message again — runs on its own, between the tools you already use.
Typically live in 1–2 weeks. from [PRICE] €
Custom software
When spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools stop fitting: dashboards, admin panels and internal apps shaped around your operation, with a role for each person who uses them.
Typically 4–8 weeks. from [PRICE] €
AI assistants & agents
AI that drafts, answers and sorts the work your team repeats — contracts, bookings, first versions of content — with a human check where it matters.
Usually added to one of the two above. from [PRICE] €
Built with n8n, Supabase, Lovable, Claude Code and ManyChat, connected to Google Workspace, Asana, Telegram and whatever your team already lives in. You don't need to know any of these.

I speak business, not tech.
Most automation consultants lead with tools. I lead with your problem. Before writing a single line of logic, I need to understand where the friction is, where people lose time, and what a good outcome looks like for you.
My background isn't traditional tech. I have a master's degree in law and spent seven years managing projects — leading teams of 15 across copywriting, design, events and social media at [COMPANY NAMES, if allowed]. That's where I learned where decisions get stuck, where handoffs break, and where hours quietly disappear.
Now I build automation — for water delivery companies, outstaffing firms, non-profits, coworking spaces and a marketing SaaS. Every project still starts the same way: understanding your process before touching any tool.
Five systems, five sets of numbers.
Each one has its own page with the full story: what was broken, what I built, what changed, and what it took.

AquaFlow
Drivers planned routes from an Excel list. Now they tap one button and the day is planned — with traffic, roadworks and delivery windows accounted for. Clients, orders and finances in one place instead of six spreadsheets.

MR3 Solutions
500+ contracts a year, each typed into Word. Now: pick a client, pick a template, done in under a minute. The team edits templates themselves, and an AI assistant answers questions that used to mean searching through binders.

NGO Crventivizam
Every project kickoff cost the coordinator 45 minutes of task setup and the copywriter another hour or two of first drafts. Now one file upload creates the Asana tasks, drafts the copy and briefs the designer — ready for a human check in five minutes.

[Coworking space name]
Members called, the manager checked the calendar, sent a form, waited, confirmed — and started over if the slot was taken. Now the member fills one form, an agent checks the calendar, and the manager's whole job is one tap in Telegram.

CS Platform
A growing marketing platform needed features its own team had no room to build. I shipped a unified inbox for six messaging channels, scheduling and analytics across seven networks, and an AI agent that answers from each client's knowledge base.
Four steps, and what I promise at each one.
- 1
Call
30 minutes. You describe how the work gets done today. I tell you what's worth automating — and if nothing is, I say so.
- 2
Scope and fixed price
In writing: what gets built, how it connects to your tools, what the outcome looks like, what it costs. You approve before anything is built.
- 3
Build
I build and test, you get regular updates. No black boxes — you always know where things stand.
- 4
Handover
The system goes live, your team learns it, and the first 60 days of fixes and adjustments are included.
“What if you disappear?”
Fair question to ask anyone who works alone. Here's the honest answer.
Every system lives in your own n8n, Supabase or Google account. [confirm] You own it from day one. Nothing is held hostage.
What runs when, and why — written for your team, not for developers. Any competent freelancer could pick it up.
I build on widely used platforms with large communities, not on something only I understand.
Optional monthly retainer or pay per issue. [PRICE / month or per issue] Most clients need neither — well-built systems just run.
In their words.
[Confirm: one quote per person, used identically here and on the project page]
“We'd been trying to fix our dispatching manually for over a year. Stefan spent the first meeting just asking questions, and by the next call had already mapped out what was broken. The system saves each driver 20+ hours a month — and honestly, reduced our gas costs.”
Marko PetrovićOperations Manager, AquaFlow · [LinkedIn / site link]
“I'd tried to automate our contracts twice before with other consultants and both times we ended up back in Word templates. Stefan's system drafts them in under a minute and actually integrates with how our legal team already works. That last part is what the others missed.”
Petar VučkovićDirector, MR3 Solutions · [LinkedIn / site link]
“We're an NGO — we don't have budget for software that sits unused. Stefan asked what our team would realistically use, not what looked impressive on a demo. We saved ~2 hours per project on coordination work nobody enjoyed anyway.”

When I'm not the right person
- The task takes a few minutes a month. Automation has a break-even point and this is below it — I'll tell you so on the call.
- You want a specific tool set up first and the process figured out later. I work the other way round.
- You're looking for hourly billing with an open-ended scope. I quote fixed prices for defined outcomes.
Better you know before the call than after.
What's left to ask.
A focused workflow automation is usually live in 1–2 weeks. Custom software typically takes 4–8 weeks. You get a timeline in the written scope, before you commit to anything.
No. You know your business, your clients, your orders. I turn that into a system that works, and your team uses it like any other app. Most of my clients couldn't name the tools their system runs on — and don't need to.
Nothing, if nothing breaks — and well-built systems rarely do. If you want ongoing changes, there's an optional monthly retainer; otherwise you pay per request. Either way, the documentation and the accounts are yours.
Yes — most of my clients are in Europe and North America. We work remotely, mostly async, in English, with calls scheduled around your hours. Being based in Serbia means senior-level work at rates that make sense for small and mid-sized businesses.
Nothing formal. Be ready to walk me through how the process works today, who touches it, and where it hurts. If you know roughly how many hours a week it eats, even better — but I'll help you estimate that on the call.
Let's find the hours your team is losing.
30 minutes on Google Meet. No sales team, no account managers — you talk to me from the first call to delivery.
- You tell me how the work gets done today and where it hurts.
- I tell you what's worth automating and whether it pays off. A written scope and fixed price follow.
- You decide in your own time. Nobody chases you.

P.S. If you've read this far, something here probably applies to you. The call is 30 minutes. After it you'll know what's worth automating — or that nothing is. Either way, you'll know.
